Icon systemization for UKG's new unified design system.
This case study presents the systemization of 250+ feature icons down to 150+ in one coherent UKG brand identity. This brand style will be used as a guide and part of our brand unification design system. Additionally, I worked on streamlining the in-house contribution process for designers and designed feature icons using vector tools.
Overall, Judy is a fantastic addition to the team and a joy to manage. She's consistently positive and competent in everything she does. It's truly a pleasure working with her; she brings a measured and systematic approach to her work, particularly in expanding our assets in an inspiring way. Judy is an excellent collaborator – she's always open to feedback and provides great feedback to others.

What are feature Icons?
The two-color feature icons in our UKG brand are designed to be functional and expressive. These icons act as a way-finding tool for high-level product destinations, communicate complex concepts, provide context to tasks, and express emotion to help shape our brand narrative.
